Location scouting 2
Here are some more locations which i coouldn't fit in the last post. like before most of the location take place in Piccadilly circus or Oxfard circus. The reason why i want to film in those location is beacause there is a lot of activity in that location, such as new building being worked on and the vase amount of people from different origins.
Teaser trailer pitch
The trailer will have the main characters in it , however they do not speak but instead portray emotional jesters to communicate to the audience. This is so that we can gage what the characters are thinking. The main plot of the film will not be told but will be suggested through clues. The whole teaser will be in black and white - to have a good contrast between shadows and lights. By doing this it will be easier for the audience to concentrate on one thing. For example the background could be darker than the characters on screen, making the character the centre of attention of that shot. There will also a small bit of narration in the teaser trailer, to explain everything vaguely to the audience. The music in the teaser will be slow and emotional, so that the audience is attached to the characters and story of the teaser ,even though that do know that much about it. Throughout the teaser there will be establishing shots of different locations, such as a shot of a prison and buildings under construction. Many of the shot of the main character will be close up to get more of a felling from them. Several quick cuts of icons and symbols to imply some of the plot, and also shots of places people recognise or have been , to have more of a connection between he audience

Location scouting
Here are some locations were i wish to films. All of these photos are taken by myself in location were i though it would be intreasting to film. some of these location will only be seen in teaser for maybe less than a second but i do think that every loaction is important for the type of setting and genre of your teaser. may of these loaction take place in ether Piccadilly circus or Oxfard circus or locations near there.

Here is a magazine which i've learned quite a bit from. what i learned it that the main image of the magazine should be i catching so that reader would look at the cover and would want to read it. The man expression and his hands jesters suggest that something may have happened and he can't do much about it.However this isn't a movie poster and it isn't ment to really tell a story of the character however it makes the cover really intresting. Much of the text tries to stay away from the main image, with the title of the magazne behind the man, which i like take note of. Most of the text in in white and anything important is highlighted in red like "Kevin Spacey".
The reason i chose this poster of a magazine is because the the expression in this character face. He may not be human but it is something i wish to take point on form my own creation of my poster. The background is a a simple clear black and i noticed that the texting this magazine is very big and simple, which i believe should be similar for my magazine.

Story board
Here im looking at a magazine cover which is im mainly black and white, beside the title of the magazine which is in pink to stand out. you also notic on the lower right corner of the magazine you will see a logo in full colour, which is also from the magazine. The cover tries to stay faithful to the main image in the cover. the image of the man in the poster make you wonder who he is and what is he thinking about, this is also helped by the sunglasses he is wearing. Around the main image, there are just quote from what seems to be from some sort of interview from the man in the poster.

This poster reminds me of a family photo, which has been taken of a wealthily family. The expensive suits connote that they maybe rich. I also get this idea from the sub heading “money never sleeps”. Both characters in this poster are shrouded in black - even more so on the right side. This may mean that are both characters have most probably done dark things to get to there position, or they are just bad people. I notice also that on the left side there is more light. This may mean that the character on the left is trying to break away from the darkness. The font of the logo tells me that this is a serious film, and also but the sub heading as well. The cast members names are coloured orange to stand out on the poster, and is placed below the main image of the poster so that it doesn’t distract you from it.

i've been trying to find trailers that are close to reality and i think this trailer is it. when the trailer starts you think its a comedy - but in the end you find out what she was talking about in the begining was a dream. the trailer shows raw emotion in a span of 2 mintutes, and that is what im looking for.

I think this poster is very effective and only can be in black and white. The first thing we notice is the man giving a very instance emotionless stare, it gives you the feeling that he is staring at you through the poster. The stare is main theme of this poster and it gets you to wonder why he is staring that way. Maybe he got bad news, or maybe - what I guess to be his girlfriend to the left of him, has told him that she is pregnant. The poster doesn’t give you a exact answer , but that’s what I think would make people see this film. We can confirm that this poster film is most likely going to a serious film, this is even backed up by the font of the blue logo, which has been positioned quite badly as it kind of distracts us from the main image of the poster. Was it their intention to do so?

This poster is simple yet powerful. It has the character straight in the middle, making her the centre of attention. As we have the attention of the character we can tell the character is worried , scared even. This most likely tell us something about the film. The whole poster goes for a orangey brown theme, with only the text of the title and cast of the film. This is good so that we are only concentrating on the main image, and all the text stays well away from it.

As the main logo underneath suggests ,this person is uninvited. This whole poster gives itself to its name, when you look at this poster you instantly think that the person in this poster is locked out from the building. The image here rises a few questions - is this person trying to break in? or is she meant to be in the house and someone isn’t letting her in? The poster is totally grey, suggesting this is a horror film. To me this poster has three layers to it- the window at the front , the girl in the middle and the trees in the background. This gives the poster more of a horror feel. The logo of the film looks as if it was written by a child, making the whole poster look very creepy.
